Sales & Shipping Information All prices are in US dollars. Triple Aspect Herbs is based in the United States and at this time does not ship overseas. If you do live outside of the US and still submit an order, your Paypal account will be credited, but you will be charged the same fee that we are charged by Paypal to process the order. PayPal Shopping Cart Our shopping cart option is represented by PayPal which lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send payments online. Pay Pal seeks to become the global standard for online payments, offering service to users in 38 countries including the United States. They have over 20 million registered users, including more than 3 million business accounts. Their account base is growing by an average of 28,000 accounts per day, with virtually no traditional sales or marketing. The size of their network and widening acceptance of their product have helped PayPal to become the leading payment network for online auction websites, including eBay. All online transactions are handle with industry standard SSL encryption. When you use your credit card number on our order form, it is sent across the Internet in an encrypted form and decoded when we receive it. It is also encrypted in our data base and when it is sent to PayPal for processing. You can browse and shop at tripleaspectherbs.com putting items in your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button at each product and when you have finished, clicking on the View Cart button. This will show you the contents of your cart where you can make any changes necessary; when you are ready, press the Checkout button. You will then be taken to a PayPal Payment Details page showing your final items. At this stage, if you do not have a PayPal acount, you will be prompted to open one by following easy instructions. You will see a confirmation page showing the details of your payment with shipping costs. Simply press the Pay button to complete payment which takes you to the final Successful Payment page. You will receive an email receipt for this transaction, confirming payment and including a copy of the Payment details. Terms of Sales All sales are final and are shipped UPS ground service unless shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico in which case we will ship using USPS Air. Orders are generally received by you 7 -10 days after we have received your order, depending on whether the items are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will send you an email advising you of the situation, so that you can tell us what you wish to do. If you do not wish to wait for the items to be ordered from the supplier, we will credit back your Paypal account. If items are discontinued by the supplier, we will cancel those items from your order and ship any remaining items. The charge to your card will be adjusted accordingly and you will be notified of this via email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Runes are a custom made product - please allow 2 weeks for delivery from order time. We are not responsible for any order after it leaves us. No refunds or credit will be given for lost or stolen orders. However, PayPal and UPS provide us with a tracking service and all attempts will be made to assist you in tracking any lost orders. Shipping Rates Your orders are shipped UPS ground service unless shipping to Hawaii in which case we will ship using UPS 2nd Day Air. You will be advised of shipping costs by email after you have placed your order and your credit card will not be charged until you accept. We use a flat rate of $7.95 across all 8 delivery zones in the US for orders weighing up to 9 lbs. All orders over 9lbs will be charged according to the actual rates charged to us by the carrier calculated from the total weight regardless of size or value. To make the most of the $7.95 flat rate, we advise you to shop wisely by purchasing as many items as you are able on one order, rather than placing separate small orders. Damaged Items We take great care to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged and well protected. Despite our efforts, damages sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we make damage claims for you. We strongly advise that you inspect your shipment before accepting it from UPS. Returned Items Items may be returned due to quality or a mistake in shipping the correct order. Items can be returned to us with 30 days of the initial invoice date. If you wish to return an item for credit to your card or replacement, please send us an email request for a Return Number BEFORE you send items back to us. If you do not have this number, we will not accept items for return. Your request must then be authorized by us via email. Please include the Return Number you are given in the address section of your return package. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition for complete credit. We will not accept items with broken seals or that weigh considerably less than when they were shipped (as in the case of herbs). Please include a copy of your invoice. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) less shipping and handling. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by email immediately. If you notify of us of cancellation more than 3 days after your order has been received, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the order. Once your cancellation has been acknowledged by us, and as long as we have not already shipped your order, we will not charge your credit card for any amount. Triple Aspect Herbs is not responsible for lost return items.
