Indications
: It will strengthen the nervous system while relaxing any tension and stress;
eases depression, melancholia, insomnia; seizure and hysteria; early stages of
fevers; inflammation of gall bladder, jaundice, poor appetitie; use the infusion
as a mouthwash for ulcers and soft, spongy gums; sip infusion during labor to
encourage contractions and during lactation to stimulate milk flow; use as a
poultice on insect bites, sprains, bruises; use as an ointment on eczema,
wounds, weeping sores. Traditional

sweep altars. Traditionally gathered at Midsummer, was a common ingredient in
love, money and protection sachets, potions and spells; sprinkled around the
home to protect against evil ; added to exorcism incenses; worn to promote
peace; carried or worn for everlasting youth; placed under the pillow for
restful sleep and good dreams; worn for good health; placed in a baby’s cradle
to promote a happy disposition; worn to confront someone who you suspect has
stolen something from you – will enable you to recover possession. !!Cautions : Avoid in pregnancy.
